MELE Insanity bug Xbox

I just completed the whole trilogy on insanity, only mass effect 1 tracked the achievement. I did get the achievement for completing the trilogy with the same character but not my other insanity medals/achievements. Xbox only tracked the first game as well. It’s definitely a bummer having completed the last two games on insanity as well and not get the achievements
