As the title says I am missing online access for ME: Andromeda. I have tried numerous times to get in contact with support but it keeps saying "This issue isn't supported by advisors" or I sit and wait for hours with no one connecting to the chat. I've seen that others have posted on here and were able to get it fixed so I am giving this a try!

Community ManagerVirtualFiend349 Hey, so for these, we need to have cases set up on accounts as they have to be verified with the player first and make sure they are using the right account. That is not what we can do here is which is why these are handled by advisors. If they directed you here, I need that case number.
Ultimately, they are the ones who resolve these because they have to go into the account with you.
VirtualFiend349 Hey sorry for my las post I dealt with idiots for two days. I finally got my problem fixed. Email customerexperience at ea.com or contact_eahelp at ea.com. I can't add the @ or it blocks them. I got my problem fixed.
