Noveria Matriarch Benezia Bugs
After killing Matriarch Benezia and freeing the Rachni I couldn't get out of the room. Both doors were locked.
I tried to reload to a previous save and after talking to Benezia for the first time, the screen went black but when I clicked I could hear my gun shooting and combat going on.
I'm playing on PC. Anyone get anything similar?
I fixed it by exiting the game and loading the save.
