Omega Samara Loyalty Mission Crash

Teammates constantly get stuck in weird places like columns or doors in mass effect, everyone knows that. When traveling to Omega with Samara for her loyalty mission if she gets “stuck” before the door of the afterlife nightclub and you open it and go back as to try to have her follow you into the nightclub the game will sometimes crash (legendary edition).
