@Polaris0717 You are on console with an active sub, you shouldn't get that error. From an account point, there isn't anything wrong. Are you playing on PC or Xbox?
I'm currently having the same issues. It won't connect me to online to be able to do Strike Teams.

@Lyrishadow Are you still getting this error?
I am also getting this error now. I have had to let my EA sub go but I own Andromeda outright (bought it with pre orders etc) not sure why this is a continued issue (has happened before?) and I go away and come back because trying to survive takes priority over gaming most of the time. Would really like to be able to play to full extent and not "lose" it all :/
I am playing offline but I feel i miss a fair bit that way.

@truee_phenom so i made a change on my end. If you still get it, reinstall the game. It is reading the wrong registry entry right now. So a reinstall will delete all that and update the changes I made.

Hi Commanders,
I'm listing this here so it has more visibility. This specifically relates to Mass Effect Andromeda's "Missing Online Access" error. If you are receiving an “Online Access Error” for Mass Effect 3, we have a separate thread on this one.
We want to help resolve this issue as quickly as possible. To assist in troubleshooting, please try the following steps first as these have helped resolve the issue.Delete EA License Files:
- Make sure the EA app is closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER.
- Enable View Hidden Files and Folders
- Delete all files in the "License" folder.
Please clear your temp files:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER".
- Your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
- (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
Additional steps (not really required but helpful):
- Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version and portable version work too.)
- Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall DAI.
- Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use at the end of the main uninstall. > Select "Moderate" > Browse
- If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
- When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All > Delete
- Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA Desktop.
- At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Moderate" > Browse.
- If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
- When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed, Select All (Making sure the "Origin Games" folder is not in the list) and delete.
- Restart the PC > Reinstall the newest version of the EA app.
- Reinstall the game > Test.
If the Issue Persists
If you've completed these steps and the issue still occurs (even after reinstalling the game), please provide the following information so we can take a look on our end.
- Platform (EA App, Steam, Epic Games):
- EA ID or Steam user ID:
- Storage type: Internal or External Drive?
- Drive type: HDD or SSD?
- Date the issue started (and is it still happening?):
- Do you have an EA Play subscription?
- If yes, when was the last subscription date?
It's still persisting. I think it's because I originally got it with a game pass trial and now I have it from ea directly. After the trial ended I wanted to own it.

@truee_phenom Okay, so let's close the game down if it is running. Make sure it isn't running in the Task Manager.
If you play in Steam, verify the game files. If you have it installed through the EA app, repair the game.
After that, launch it again. Let me know if you get the same error.
