Hi, thank you so much for your answer. I ejecuted "perform/rel" and they gave me this report. I don't know much about computers, so I think that I put the right file.
- Performed all the of given tips and advice short of a reinstall. I am on a limited internet data plan and I would prefer not to have to reinstall the game. Have performed a cleanboot, the launcher would open but I receive that black screen before the game closes and I have to task manager the game to take me back to the launcher.
- Tried UNICODE/Making another User
- Disabled Windows Defender
- Reinstalled Microsoft visual studio C++ (s)
- Disabled realtek driver
- Disabled VPN&Bluetooth
- Disabled CFA
- Updated all drivers short of BIOS/UEFI
- Windows 10 64-bit build 19042
Attached is a DXDIAG, let me know if I missed anything. I've spent the last 100 minutes trying to fix this on my own and would like some more opinions. I've read through the DXDIAG and looked at the errors for MassEffect.exe, but I don't know what they mean.

@0303TAKMsame here, tried almost all of what you've listed, still, the only thing that works is launcher. I guess it might be easier to wait for the fix to be released unless there's something absolutely unobvious to be done.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
System requirements are here for a reason.
And its 3 games, plus all the DLCs. 😉
That is good to hear. Have fun gaming!
@AjotaMcSizzle
That sounds like a problem with your graphic hardware, a DxDiag would be helpfull here too.
@BLKSQ_guitarbard
Only the very first generation of i7 CPUs released in 2009 (!) don't support the AVX instruction set.
If you have a newer i7 your problem is not that.Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
Yes, the Xeon 5660 also don't supports AVX.

@holger1405- I've remedied my Xbox One Bluetooth controller issues, and wanted to share in case it helps anyone else. I had other controllers/joysticks plugged into my computer via USB that were conflicting with the game determining which input to use and causing issues. Once I unplugged them I launched the game via Steam Big Picture Mode and enabled Xbox configuration Support and Extended Feature Support. Controller is now working properly.
