I too am having issues with this game, followed your list but still no luck. I have created a zip of the crashdumps as I saw you mention on another post, any chance you could take a look,

For the record I'm running a Ryzen 5 3600 with a RTX 3070, 16gb Ram and trying to play with a xbox series x controller.
