Thanks @Craszar!
Have fun gaming!
Because the igo64.dll is a DLL that is part of the Origin overly, I also like you to test the costume launcher be devidedbyzero again.
It is now drag and drop, meaning all you have to do is to rename the "MassEffectLauncher.exe" under "<drive>:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\Launcher" into "Old_MassEffectLauncher.exe".
Then you copy the costume launcher into "<drive>:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\Launcher" and try to start the game from the new launcher.
At this point we are running out of options regarding a online troubleshot.
All I can suggest now is a Windows repair installation that would allow to keep al files and all programs, checking if all Hardware drivers on your system are up to date, checking if your BIOS is up to date.
A later Patch of the game might fix the incompatibility but because I don't know what the exact problem is, I can't promises that.
Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
So I tried the solution of the launcher by devidedbyzero again. When I click the game, it's the same error that happens to me: I click any of the games, it's seems taht start and then go back to the lautcher in a infinite loop. No matter if it's the normal lautcher or the costume lautcher.
I tried to play de game with clean bote, and I tried to open with Origin. I gave you the last DX in case that you need:

Did you tried ME2 and ME3?
- 5 years ago@holger1405 Yes, I tried ME2 and ME3 and the same error happens. It's start and then go back to the lautcher.

OK, the "AppHangB1" error that is now displaced is often driver related.
- Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all NVIDIA components.
- Install the graphics driver > Go online.
- Test.
Also make sure that all other related driver (Sound, chipset.) and the BIOS are up to date
