You have also made sure that you have installed all the latest drivers and BIOS available on your motherboard manufacturer's site?
That is the same NULL_POINTER_READ Access violation I saw before, that makes me curious.
Did you applied the Workaround under point 1 in the OP of this thread?
(Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support)
Also, disable "Origin in game" as well as the Steam Overlay. Shut down Discord completely if you have it running.
Did you tried dvidebyzero's costume launcher?
@holger1405 If you see in ADDED ADDED I have also executed the clean boot as you indicate but nothing change.
In clean boot original Mass effect 1 working also (same with safe mode) but Legendary ME1 doesn't working in all mode.
