You have also made sure that you have installed all the latest drivers and BIOS available on your motherboard manufacturer's site?
That is the same NULL_POINTER_READ Access violation I saw before, that makes me curious.
Did you applied the Workaround under point 1 in the OP of this thread?
(Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support)
Also, disable "Origin in game" as well as the Steam Overlay. Shut down Discord completely if you have it running.

I have UTF-8 enabled, one of the first few things I tried after seeing that it helped people. Tried disabling Steam and Origin overlays both only for this game and completely for all games, still no luck. Tried with Discord off just now, didn't help unfortunately.
