[PC] Possible workarounds for Mass Effect Legendary Edition launch problems.

@holger1405 Same problem - have tried all of the above, plus some of the other suggestions in the comments. Have also tried fresh Windows reinstall, fresh Origin and Steam install, and re-downloading Mass Effect.

I was able to play the game a few days ago when it launched for a few hours on and off, but yesterday morning, Steam had an update for the game and after it updated, I am unable to launch the individual games.

The launcher loads fine, but unable to launch any games from within the launcher.
