[PC] Possible workarounds for Mass Effect Legendary Edition launch problems.

After trying literally EVERYTHING, I finally got it to work.

1. Ran Windows in Clean Mode.

2. Ran Origin in Administrator Mode.

3. Ran Steam in Administrator Mode.

Tested with ME1, ME2, and ME3. Launcher loads, and then I am able to launch individual games from the launcher now!

I turned everything back on in Startup mode except for Origin and Steam which used to be enabled to startup with Windows. As long as I run Origin FIRST, and then Steam, both in Administrator Mode, the games launch.
