    Sonoda_91 Hey, have you set up a case with Live Support yet? They have a specific process for ME3 and MEA for this exact issue. It isn't something that basic troubleshooting will resolve. Someone has to go into the EA account and look at it.

Hello, after reading your message I tried contacting support and this time it worked (It didn’t yesterday, which is why I created this topic 😅)

My ticket has been created and I'm now in queue !
Sorry for the trouble, thanks for confirming it wasn’t on my end and I’ll update the topic once the issue is resolved.

EDIT : Issue resolved after contacting support, I can now access the online services again. Thanks ! ✅
