The actual rollout time will vary slightly throughout the day based on region so while I don't have that specific info, I'd just keep an eye out for that to become available to finish downloading later on in the day.

That's great news! Thanks for the update and I will jump on it as soon as it's available. ME is my favorite series of all time so you can imagine the anticipation :-)

Same here, finished the pre-loading around 30 minutes ago, it would heave been great if there was access to game based on dates for example with the pre-loading to start playing ME 1,tomorrow me 2 and on 14 the me 3, the waiting is killing me 🙂

From what i know from EA support team the release date for all is 14 may 6:00EEST (check and se the diference in time for your zone)The pre-load date and hour was 100% sync with what they said may 12 at 6:00 EEST so i think the release date will be the same.

- @CYBER_SAMOVAR At this point i would stop expecting a preload for ME2 and 3. I feel like we're forced to wait until we can start the game to download them.
From what i can see on PC the pre-load option downloaded all 3 games but the problem is that some people can play it 2 days early(right now) because of the country they live in or something we don't know and the support team will not say anything about this.
