[PS] Mass Effect Andromeda - Deep space explorer armor missing

So I talk to PlayStation and I have no idea why my dlc is missing I sent you a picture of what I have and  it shows that I got the deluxe edition content but the pre order bonus is missing

@jeebz02 That one then becomes a console or PSN issue. The purchases made on the console are linked to the console account, not the EA account. Your EA account is there for you to log into the server. The entitlements from the game and content are linked to Sony so any access for downloads comes through from the PSN ID that made the purchase. The only other issue that would affect this would be if another account made the purchase, and the account being used is game-sharing. 

There are only a handful of ways to get that downloaded.

Directly from the library

Search it on the PS Store
Download it from the PS app

Log into the PS store on a web page and send it to the console

Once these are ruled out, and the account you are logged into is the one that purchased it, you can try the following but it comes down to the entitlements linked to the PS account.

• Manage your downloadable content (DLC) on PlayStation
• Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
• Verify you signed into your PSN account
• Check for updates
• Restore Licence

Thank you so much. I know I purchased it on the same account because I have one account since I was 10 I’m 19 now. I was able to get ahold of PlayStation and this is what they told me. It in the picture below. I did what to say that I was able to gain access to the add on on my steam account but I’m have a weird problem with PlayStation 

My other issue is actually can’t find the pre order on my PlayStation store or app which is why I’m having such a hard time

@jeebz02 I have the deluxe upgrade which includes it. That was for those who didn't pre order. However, the version on there now like the recruit DE version and the DE version now include it, so the pre-order download would be redundant from what the studio said. If you did get that version it should include it. The message I previously posted is directly from them. They tested it out and found it to be in there as well. So you shouldn't need that pre order at all. And I am not seeing it in the download history or the store either. The only ones who can remove that are Sony. If it isn't there its been removed but that should not matter at this point.

Thanks. I will contact them again i actually got the dlc on my dad Xbox and my pc which shows that the edition works. So good news is I can play it i just need to get this fix on PlayStation
