Insanity/Paramour 2&3 still haven't unlocked after recent update.

Beat all 3 games on insanity a couple of weeks ago, romanced Liara in all 3 aswell but only received Insanity and Paramour 1. Still hasn't given me the other achievements.(Playing on Xbox) trying to ...

Thanks @abc1810443901. We are investigating those greyed out achievements on Xbox, is that what you're playing on as well?

That issue may be contributing to some of these other situations, thanks for all the info everyone.

@EA_Mako The recruit achievement bug is still there on Xbox One. The progress meter is still at 0%. Even though I've done a handful of missions in ME1.
Does anyone know a work around for it?
