Do you use a Proxy or VPN?

How do you connect to the internet?

If via a router restart your router in this way: Pull the power plug >wait 5 minutes > return the power plug > Test

    no proxy no vpn. I already tried restarting my router and nothing....

    @RegulusN7 Changes were made to a bunch of old games. Unless you contacted support and had the game removed, all game icons now just show the game and not whatever edition you had. It is only the icon that changed.

    I just logged in and was able to go to MP. The servers are up!

    When you first launch the game, the launcher will check your game, and then check your DLC. So you see two checks of content.

    When you launch your game, when do you get the error: "The Mass Effect server is currently unavailable"?

    hi, yes i know that the servers are working, i have friends who can connect without problem but i dont know why i can't. the error message appears just before i get to the main menu. then makes a second loading and i get another error saying that all my dlc content couldn't be loaded.

    i have mass effect andromeda too and i can play multiplayer there with the same account without any problem.

    @RegulusN7 Can I have a screenshot of what they error shows after that second check? This game can give a few different errors on it so I want to see what you see.

    Sure, you will see it in spanish. In english would be something like "Is not possible to authorize content downloads. Login to the Alliance network with the account used to buy content download".

    @RegulusN7 I am checking the account. Do you have the game and the EA app both on the same drive? 

    Has any one else or have you logged into any other accounts in the EA app?

    No they are not on the same drive, but all my games are on another drive. 

    About other account, not that i remember.

    @RegulusN7 I would install everything to the same drive. This can cause a lot of issues with these older titles. 

    One of the main issues here is the error you get. It says you need to log in with the account that owns the content which typically means you either don't own it, or the EA app is trying to access content it doesn't recognize because it isn't in the default location.
