Tried this process on Steam, said 23 files were affected so I re-ran the Verify integrity of game files and it came back okay. I ran the game but when I take the Mako to the door, the switch is still...

Juliana Baynham is the mother, Lizbeth Baynham is the daughter.

From your screenshot it looks like you droved past the chamber the ExoGeni refugees are in.
This chamber is located exactly where Lizbeth Baynham left the Mako.

Turn the Mako around and drive back until you have to turn left. Leave the Mako and the entrance to the chamber should be on your left side.

Apologies for getting the Baynhams confused! You're a lifesaver boss, the cutscene went by so fast I did not see where Lizbeth stopped after leaving the group. The area is dark (on my screen anyway) so many thanks again for the directions, you rock!👍
