Does this also happen when you try to visit the site from another PC or mobile device on a different network?
- @EA_Blueberry
Yes, mobile phone shows 404 on WiFi and mobile data, laptop shows 404 in browser (no Origin client there, work laptop) - EA_Blueberry5 years ago

Try resetting your EA password and then re-launch the Origin client.https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/

Possible. We're not seeing a large influx of reports so I wanted to exhaust all options to see if we can locate a fix for you. My last recommendation would be to try on a different network to see if you're able to access it. If you have a friend who can access their account within your area, it would be interesting to find out whether they are able to purchase the game through Origin. If they have the same ISP, we can narrow it down to an account related issue. @EA_Blueberry
Asked a friend from a different city but same ISP, he's getting 404 as well. Our ISP is BezeqInt (short for Bezeq International if that matters)
We did both try with our mobile phones (not wifi, just mobile data network which is not the same as ISP), still 404 for both of usI'd like to point out that I get 404 on Windows 10 Origin app (logged in) and webpage (both logged in and logged out) and browser incognito mode, so I doubt it's related to my account, since not even logged in gets 404

Is there any way you can ask your friend to post on these forums here as well so we can gather that account info for the team? @EA_Blueberry
They have no account, they just googled for "mass effect legendary edition" and clicked the origin store link https://www.origin.com/sau/en-us/store/mass-effect/mass-effect-legendary-edition
Every other store link for any other game we've checked opens a normal store page, only Mass Effect LE shows 404https://recordit.co/cs1wvQFtxC

You mentioned you cleared the cache before. Would you mind trying these steps in the post below for me to see if they help? There shouldn't be any restrictions from your region.https://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin-Client-Web-Technical/HOW-CAN-I-FIX-ORIGIN-ERROR-404/td-p/7451984
@EA_Blueberry
Done, still 404 ☹️
Makes sense it didn't work, since I experience the same issue on browser and phone, and those do not share these files that I was asked to delete 😛
Both on browser, and Origin client, and mobile phone, I can access store pages for every single game listed EXCEPT Mass Effect Legendary Edition, which returns 404I still assume this is a region based issue, maybe some server on EA's end routes and serves the page cannot find it for my region
EDIT: Additionally, I can't even see it available when I browse store manually, or via search, or nothing. As if it doesn't exist on store for me, heck there are even no ads for it on the main store page
Browse -> RPG -> Sorted by release date

After further review of this with our teams here, it's led to believe this game is restricted in your region due to specific content in that game which is not deemed appropriate. At the moment, it doesn't appear to be available to purchase through the Origin store in your case. I'm sorry, @Malabism
@EA_Blueberry
Ah well, thank you, I'll stop bothering you with questions. It is a bit silly though, since it is available via Steam, and of course, I already own all 3 original games on Origin 😛I'm not sure if you can, but please relay that to whoever is in-charge of this: a simple message about "not available in region" would've saved both of us a few hours of figuring it out, instead of a 404.
