Re: Pre-Order Mass effect Andromeda Missing some items

I have gone back to the Tempest 3 times will playing the game to see if they show but they do not.

@Sr_Gilgamesh What system are you on? Can you check your store page/extra content, do you have the option to redownload anything, perhaps the Deluxe Edition Content  pack?

Xbox one when I go to the store have no updates or downloads. I do not wish to re-download the game.

Can you go to "My games and apps", browse to Andromeda and select "game management" (not sure if that is the correct term, mine is in Dutch).

Is there something new to install? Are all the packs installed?

I had to go there after preloading the game to install the pre-order packs seperatly (not very big files).

there was nothing there. But soon as I was giving up all hope they just showed up.

@Sr_Gilgamesh Hey, thanks for the update. When you say "there was nothing there" can I check if you mean in-game? Or do you mean that you had new options to download on the store?

If you have everything now that's great, but any extra detail may help.

There was nothing new to install. Every thing was already download.

Right click on game in Origin, click "Show Game Details", on the new screen click the "extra content" tab.  This was where my extra content was, as it didn't automatically install with the main game, but they were  small and quick download/installs.  I'm assuming that this will be where any DLC content will be when released, much like it was for DA:I.

I have the same problem as above. I show that the items were downloaded, but they are not showing up in the game.

@NeidermeyerX Hey, it's been a couple of days, has your content showed up yet? Have you tryed closing the game down fully?

Same here, I didnt recieved pre-order bonuses only Nomad Skin (Platinum skin if it´s the right one) and Initiative helmet, reinstaling didnt help, extra content show nothing
