i think it don't affect because when you import shepard from the first game is not the same from the comic book ryan ward said that when you import the shepard from the first mass effect the comic book is deactivated. its only avaliable if you play mass effect 2 without importing shepard from the first.
and good news ps3 version of the game have been improved in many ways is not entirely equal to xbox and pc versions.
I have a Region 1 ME2 and Region 2 ME3. I now bought the downloadable ME1, which is Region 1.
Back when ME3 was released, I was able to import my ME2 Shepard, despite ME2 and ME3 being from different regions. However, I now finished ME1 but can't import it to ME2. When I try to import, there's no character in the selection screen. I can only think that this is a region issue, but there was no problem whatsoever between ME2 and ME3 regions.
Does any Bioware staff give support in these forums?
