Salarian needing the Heating unit stabilizers

So the salarian needing the heating unit stabilizers on the presidium commons, standing on the walkway by C-Sec is completely frozen. I can't seem to hand him the Heating unit stabilizers to complete...

    it seems to have rectified itself after deleting and re installing the game.

What system are you on?

If PC, try to repair the game.


(Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
(Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
