I have this same problem. Glad I looked before making a repeat post. To add more information: When going to Prodromos on Eos for the second or third time, three terminals with "!" quest markers popped up at the same time. (I believe just after leaving Aya, but it could have been before then. I'm sorry, I don't remember). Two terminals worked fine, but the third terminal has no messages to read. The "!" marker remains. (I've attached a screenshot of the location of the terminal in question.)

I had the same problem before, but right now i have a quest that i need to turn over to that terminal but accesing it does nothing. The quest it self is to return information about crash drone that you can find in the most north east location of the map, near the map border.

It's a PC bug too, I have the same issue.

I believe this is supposed to start the mission Task: Drone Recovery, but it doesn't work for me either.I think it is supposed to be available after the primary Op mission "Trail Of Hope" Just another of countless bugs in this game.

I have this same problem. Glad I looked before making a repeat post.

Same bug. I don't understand WTF with this quest?

Quest marker shows up on console, go to console, nothing on console.

100% happens on every game save file.

this worked fine for me on PC. So far from reading this forums I concluded lots of bugs are only console related or caused by incorrect player behavior (i.e. leaving objective during mission)
