unable to connect to Mass Effect 3 multiplayer

I have the same problem since Friday last week (20th Feb). The game was working the previous day and for the past several months.

Now, when I start the game, I get the splash screen, hit any key, the main menu loads, the DLCs get checked, then the game window closes and I get the attached message in the EA app. This happens repeatedly.

It could be the "Retaliation Glitch", which typically hangs when checking DLC.  Though I don't know if that typically results in the "failed to launch game" message  you get.

There are a couple of solutions, as described in this reddit (and no doubt in many EA answers) thread.  Good luck!
