Unable to load any Omega missions on ME2 (PC)
When attempting to load the Omega missions the first time through on ME2 (to recruit Archangel, Veteran, Mordin), the loading screen stutters, goes to black, then takes me back to the loading screen for all 3 games. Haven't found a way to get through this. This does not occur when loading other missions.
@cicero999 Try repairing the game (PC only). If you play through Origin, start by clearing its cache:

Open your game library, right-click on the MELE icon, and select Repair.
If you play through Steam, open your Steam library, choose the MELE, click the gear icon to the right of the title, select Manage > Game Properties > Local Files, and click the button to verify the integrity of the local files.
