I've confirmed that the Admiral Daro'Xen war asset is missing on Xbox One, at least with peace between the Geth and Quarians (later confirmed she does not appear if the Geth are destroyed either). Completed Priority: Rannoch and under Quarian I had gained only the 3 war assets for their fleets, plus the earlier one for Admiral Zaal'Koris.
In summary: the legendary edition added two apparent bugs with Admiral Daro'Xen and Aralakh Company war assets not appearing, and failed to resolve an existing bug from the original trilogy where the Terminus Fleet war asset is not updated with the Blue Suns entry
