Why Does Mass Effect want to download a 4GB patch

I believe all the DLC at this point may be around the 4GB mark.

There is also supposed to be a new patch out this week that will fix many things, maybe you saw it early before it was ready?

It's for PC , last time origin only download  patch 1.3 around 30Mb now it seems to want 4GB, I dunno if it's got to do with the new patch

I haven't done Extended cut even though it wants to download I cancel it due to low data atm

If i were you, i would download any patches for games. Patches are basically fixes for most games. By not downloading a patch, you might run into mis-match version errors when playing online with others. Also, most patches contain critical fixes for games. There is even a website dedicated to just having patches for games. I use it quite often for older games.

Is it ME3 or Origin trying to download a patch?
