@Boba1125 Are you on PC? If so, try repairing the game. If you play through Origin, start by clearing its cache:

Open your game library, right-click on the MELE icon, and select Repair.
If you play through Steam, open your Steam library, choose the MELE, click on the gear icon to the right of the title, select Manage > Game Properties > Local Files, and click the button to verify the integrity of the local files.
A couple of players have reported that repairing only worked after multiple tries, particularly if they ran a third-party antivirus. So if the first one doesn't work for you, please try again, and disable any antivirus you use when repairing.
Try to power cycle your PS4.
it's been shutdown and restarted at least 5 times over the past week.
And now I'm stuck on the loading screen for the Hades Dog Cerberus mission in ME1 as well
I don't know, I've been able to do other missions/go to other places other that what appears to be these 2 mission locations (so far I've only got Virmire, Race against time, Hades Dog, Family Armor and the Fan left in my Journal)
I'm going to try deleting and reinstalling the game. There goes my morning
