MySims Cozy Bundle not launching

it seems that I, along with a few others, are having issues with the Cozy Bundle launching after purchasing the game in the EA app. The game installed perfectly fine, but as soon as I try to launch it, it stops. It pops open on my taskbar and I open it there, but it just turns my screen black before flashing to white and saying it is not responding. I've tried reinstalling the game, restarting my computer, repairing the files, all to no avail. I'm just irritated since it seems that no one has a rhyme or reason behind this, and it seems that no one is even trying to help the people who are having this issue.
