Only MySims downloaded, not both
I bought the preorder and downloaded it but I can’t access Kingdom at all because it basically doesn’t exist on my switch. I’ve tried to look for it everywhere but I only have MySims.

Make sure you have any proof of purchase you may have handy as well.
Hey! I saw lilsimsie on her livestream had that same issue, try going to your Download List on Nintendo eShop and finding MySims Kingdom there :)
I have this same issue & MySims Kingdom is not there - see my post, I've tried everything I can think of
