I am looking out for other reports but haven't seen any so far. This might mean you are now experiencing another issue. Can you make sure that you have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps as explained here:

I've tryed all but it's not working. The problem started when i've updated the software system of my PS4 to version 3.11

One more thing you could try is resetting your console settings to default:
Select [Initialization] > [Restore Default Settings], and then follow the screens.
In the meantime, I will look out for other reports on this matter.

- Anonymous10 years agoThe problem was the DNS. I've changed the DNS in 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 in my PS4 connection option
