- @GABBAYAY Multiple things you can check here. Try to disable intel HD 4000 or force your GTX 1070 to run the game. On which of your drives is the game located? If it is your seagate harddrive than try to defrag the game files with a program called defraggler (NOTE: Do NOT defrag the game on your SSD). And try to update your windows 10 version to a more recent one.
Howdy GABBAYAY:
There is a post about the same issue that you are having HERE !
There are a few things you can try to do to fix your issue.
But for most of us nothing truly works and we are stuck waiting for an UPDATE/PATCH to fix this issue along with a lot of other issue that people are having with the game.
EA and Ghost Games should NOT of released a GAME BREAKING PATCH so close to the holidays!
So now we end up with a NON-PLAYABLE game hoping that the DEVs can fix these issue SOON®!

It's nice to hear that it ran at least before the last patch. :D
I've just bought it and started directly with 20fps.
So it's luckily not only my system.- @Sjonny30 Thx for your answer, game is on the 500Gig SSD and the GTX is running the game.
Will try to update windows, to get it running.
But as it seems, the 20fps cases are getting more in count around here :/ - @GABBAYAY Ah sad to hear man
