As the title says,
I'm having extremely low fps.
When I run taskmanager in the background, I can see that the GPU util is at ~25-30%, when ingame and jumps to 100%, when i tab back to windows.
As if the GPU is running in 2D mode when ingame.
Already uninstalled/installed latest GPU drivers and forced the GPU to stay in Boost Clock.
No change at all.
Any suggestions?

There is a post about the same issue that you are having HERE !
There are a few things you can try to do to fix your issue.
But for most of us nothing truly works and we are stuck waiting for an UPDATE/PATCH to fix this issue along with a lot of other issue that people are having with the game.
EA and Ghost Games should NOT of released a GAME BREAKING PATCH so close to the holidays!
So now we end up with a NON-PLAYABLE game hoping that the DEVs can fix these issue SOON®!

I've just bought it and started directly with 20fps.
So it's luckily not only my system.
