Game won't launch. Crash to desktop after intro video.

Updated my graphics drivers, visual C++ or whatever it was and even the windows runtime stuff (both x64 and x86). Tried clearing the EA app cache and rebooted my pc after all of that. I bought it abo...

Hello 4lxqpjqp9p2m,

Try reinstalling your game on a different drive, don't see any reason why the issue would not be fixed after reinstalling your game.

I'm the one who posted from my mobile at the time. I reinstalled on a different hard drive after updating everything and the same thing happens ctd after intro video before even seeing the main menu.
