Help with account email change
Can i please talk to a human being from support?
I have one game in my account, need for speed heat, i haVE 52 hours in it, i have the ea app open at all times, i want to link my account to steam but i no longer have access to the email i registered the account on, i try to get this fixed with support and they keep sending mE to bots with indian names telling me the information doesnt much. What information? I provided my ip, my username, my date of birth and when i last logged in and they say the information doesnt match and i should try again. I am logged in my account, i can play the game, i can provide photographs with the game, the disks and the cd keys to prove i own it and they ignore me.
PLEASE CAN I TALK TO THE ADMINISTRATOR?

You can do a quick test on the EA account you have opened to verify if the information you're giving support matches the EA account linked to your Steam account.
To do this:
- Log in to your EA Account.
- Go to Connected Accounts.
- Check for a Steam account on that list. Does the Steam account name match the username on the Steam account you're getting the email error from?
Another way to check:
- Go to your Account information page.
- Veiw the email address registered to the EA account you're logged into
- Does it match the email address that appears in the Steam error message?
