I lost my progress in nfs payback

I have nfs payback on ps4 and i was almost to finish the story & my cars was good when i upgraded to ps5 i lost my progress on ps4 & 5 i tried to see if I could restore it from ps plus cloud or recover it from hdd but i couldn't can you EA restore my progress

    Progress is locally saved, unfortunately EA does not have the ability to return your progress.
