Please fix this issue. My need for speed rivals game I just downloaded from the Xbox store keeps freezing up at loading screen and sending my back to Xbox home. Would be thankfully appreciated if the issue is resolved.

Well, it depends how you interpret the word "fix". My solution on post #131 can be seen as a "fix" by some people, since it does work 100% of the time to let you play without the game crashing or freezing at the loading screen. On the other hand some people might not see that as a "fix", since it does not "fix/solve" the root cause. Unfortunately, I do not work work for EA and there for cannot fix the "root issue". But what I was able to do was find a solution to the game crashing/freezing @ the loading screen which is what this post is about. Have you tried my solution? Again here is the solution below:
**SOLUTION:
In order to load/play 100% crash/freeze free you must play offline, you can do this by disconnect your Xbox from the internet BEFORE starting the game. You can disconnect your Xbox from the internet a number of ways but the easiest is to go to your Xbox settings under the Xbox home screen, then under network disconnect internet. Unfortunately, this is currently the only way to start/load/play the game 100% crash/freeze free. NOTE: playing this way doesn't allow you to play with your friends/or strangers, but if you really want to play online with friends/stranger you can do so by starting the game offline, the once in your garage, reconnect your internet BUT just know that once you reconnect to the internet your game might still crash/freeze. I was so excited to play this game since I've not played it in years since like a couple hrs after coming out an u can't even get it to work. Just keeps closing out.
I was having this problem last night. Embarrassing this has never been fixed.

Just downloaded nfs rivals on my Xbox one x and Xbox one s so my kids and I could play together. It loads & they can play on the Xbox one S but on the Xbox one X it won't go past the finding a game to join screen once it gets there it makes my Xbox make weird rumbling noises and dashboards me. This needs to be fixed. Once this happened a few times I remembered that this was why I had to quit playing nfs rivals because I couldn't get it to load in no matter what I tried. This is ridculous when you pay monthly to have access to this game yet you can't play it.
