Please fix this issue. My need for speed rivals game I just downloaded from the Xbox store keeps freezing up at loading screen and sending my back to Xbox home. Would be thankfully appreciated if the issue is resolved.

It works when u take it offline the game only works for singleplayer I’ve tried to do public and it always freezes but when I do single player with it online or offline it works perfectly so it probably the public games that don’t work
Even though there shouldn't be a hassle…try going offline, put the game on and once you’re in the garage, go back to your settings and go online. It worked for me!!
Same issue here. I just keep clicking it and try to get into the game. After a handful of failed attempts it works eventually for me, although it is very time consuming and annoying as hell.
