So i recently bought NFS Rivals on my xbox one(Digital copy) and i tried to play the game. However a little a problem occured and i was stuck sitting at a loading screen for at least 30 minutes and it still continues to occur...... im kind of annoyed about this problem.. I havent even been able to play the game. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Where does it state that the game requires an EA account? Because it doesn't state that anywhere on the game disc box, and the only versions of the game I know of that requires an EA account is if your playing the PC version on Origin or, EA access on Xbox one. I also just tried your suggestion and it didn't work for me!
So I'm gonna see what happens if the game will kick me back to home screen on my xbox 1 when it as private game, cause I am playing it as single player mode

Well I just tried to start the game and it crashed each time (tried at least 20 times). It did start once, until I got to the map to pick my starting point and it crashed me out, so I'm giving up for today, good luck to you!
Well try getting in the game again n when you get to the garage go to the third tab n hit all drive settings and change matchmaking setting to single player it wont crash

Honestly I came across it searching everywhere for a solution for Rivals and read it on a response to Payback (which has the same issue). Either way it doesn't matter, I guess it was a fluke as the game does the same exact * today even though I played online all night (which makes me more angry I wasted my time. My EA account had been deactivated or something as I hadn't used it in such a long time and sure enough it let me right in the Rivals games but today its same trash. EA servers are just trash and they clearly refuse to fix it, I'll be going to for my refund now.

I bought all 3 games last year on sale as a bundle, and never had any issues with NFS or Payback, just rival
