NFS Heat crashes during the game, in 15-20 minutes

@Shy_W0lfie Hey, can you check if there's a crash event in your reliability monitor? Sometimes these are recorded even if it appears to be a no-error crash. 

To view this open Windows search, type reliability, and click View Reliability History. 

@EA_DavidIts says there wasnt any issues in the last time.

@Shy_W0lfie  That is the last update for me as well, but you should try doing a clean install of that update to see if it doesn't solve your problem.

Bought the game. First start was bad as heck, but actually kind of funny (see pictures). Altough the game is runnig smoothly on ultra settings it has some big issues with keeping it running XD. First crash happend to me after 15-20 minutes of gameplay. After that i never closed the game on my own, it keeps crashing, always, no matter what i try it keeps crashing or freezing.

It's sad that we had been waiting for so long and the game isn't finished yet.

If someone know something about the fix, please tell everyone how to make NFS Heat work.

i had the same problems, game chashes, computter shut off and turned back on again.

for me it was solved by updating my windows 10 to version 1903

Same here I already put 22h and the game was running fine on my system in and then the crashes showed up also it got worse

Am running on this specs 

Asus fx553 (Win10)

Intel Core I 7-7700HQ

Nvidia GTX 1050ti 

The problem happens only on NFSH 

They game didn't even launch or usually stuck on a black screen after re-installing the game 3 times it got stuck on the loading screen on both solo and online modes 

I tried the repair tool in origin many times did nothing ! But it found 20GB that needed fixing out of 30GB (which is the whole game right now ! 

I also spoke with the support team the gave me a sheet that included almost 40 possible fixes none of them worked! I told them that the origin tool is detecting 20GB out of 30Gb that need fixing so that might be a problem with the files or something 

They didn't know how to answer that but other than"We will check that "

I told them the following thing in the exact way as am typing it here...

"The problem occurs in all consoles and many people are reporting that on forums so it might be a problem on your side ? "

So the best solution they found was to avoid the chat ASAP

Personally I got tired of this it's day 3 and EA doesn't give as much as attention that problem needs and they don't give much of info of what is going on with that ! 

Reports are rising day by day and not even a clue when the next update will be or what do we actually need to do to end this thing or be able to play and enjoy the game that we gave 59-69eu. 

If this game takes a year to be fixed like BF5 am seriously asking for a refund !
