Hey guys, I just had a chat with support. They still don't have an eta on a fix yet, but they did say that once the issue is fixed, everyone's progress will be rolled back! So that is good news I think! We should hopefully get everything we lost back. (My error code was the 40010000 on PS4.)
I agree that's good to know so I will get all my cars back?
I tried to confirm that, but I got a call in the middle of the chat and when I went back to continue it, my message would not send through. So I had no choice, but to end the chat before I got to ask for sure. But they did say "progress will be rolled back after the fix."
Great fingers crossed we get a fix in the coming week.
I'm just hoping that "your content will be rolled back" doesn't mean "we'll basically wipe your whole save and you'll start all over and HOPEFULLY this doesn't happen again"
