NFS Rivals Xbox One Rank Reset

Question

So this morning I woke up and launched Need For Speed Rivals on my xbox one. I got all the way up to racer rank 20 and cop rank 18. I left to go and eat breakfast and I came back to the xbox and my rank was reset to the ranks I had the first day of owning the game! I was shocked and very upset. My cop rank is 2 now and my racer rank is now 8. I had really fast and upgraded cars that took me hours to get such as the Lamborghini Aventador for racer and the Ferrari 458 Italia for the cop. I had over 300k speed points for both sides of the career. If anyone has had an issue/predicament like mine, please do reply to my post. Because as of right now I am discouraged to play the game and take it back to the store I bought it from.

Same thing happened to me about this past week. I was at least racer rank 16 and got reset back to 4. The highest I got was to 18, but was then reset back to 6. It seems to me that this happens when you power down the xbox. Whatever is happening, it is very discouraging. I've spent many hours working for those cars not to mention the 3mill speed points I lost. I am tempted to take the game back if this continues

same, it's happened to me twice after I've gotten to racer rank 10 and&nbsp;fully upgraded the ferrari 458 italia.
