Performance Progression

When ever i buy new Car , i have to upgrade from its base level like :- stock car is level 6  so i have to upgrade from level 6 to 17 or whatever . Which takes so much time  and have to repeat same race again and again for getting higher level parts , even in tuning shop i can't able to get higher performance parts . nfs 2015 performance progression was good because it was totally depend on user level . So please improve it in nfs payback , it would be great .

  • Hi @Black28mamba - will 50/50 agree with you there.  There could be a better ratio too what you win for what you do.  I thought at the end of the race a player would get a good payout for saving the casino - like 1 million dollars so you could buy that car you wanted and a premium pack.  But it was lackluster and anti-climatic, to say the least.

  • They will be doing a progression patch that will make the tune up shops stock higher level parts so it will be easier to upgrade your car to 299 or 399. I also feel there should be more 399 level cars. Maybe pay and extra fee in in game currency so that way you can upgrade to full 399 on all cars.

  • I decided to use all the derelicts and upgrade from scratch. I started out with way over 500k in credits and over 200 part tokens. I have 2 that I've gotten to over 300 and unlocked the master builds, but the other 3? I've run out of credits already, and I've only just made my runner up to the required level for the next set of missions (which increase each time).

Go into upgrade shop, buy speed cards 1 or 2 levels above current level for extortionate amounts of money, sell cards that were replaced for a lot less than you paid, rinse and repeat. Why do you have to go from 6, to 7 or 8, then to 9 or 10, then 11 or 12? If you've got the credits, why can't you buy a speed card 4 or 5 levels above your current level? When you get into double figure speed cards you're spending well over 100k just to go up one or two levels on each category, and only 20k a race.... Level progression in this game is a constant grind for credits just to stay competitive for the missions....

@dog8myscreenie yeah i agree with u somehow but for every new car we you have to upgrade from there low level only like i said if stock car is at level 6 , even if we are at level 50 we need to upgrade car from level 7 , 8 , 9 and so on which is time consuming and tuning shop has more level parts but not every time you have to wait for ever 10 minutes for restock in which you can't get higher parts some time or cards combination you are looking for  or repeat  same races again and again to unlock higher performance parts . nfs 2015 performance progression was good which is based on level . Or it should be based on chapter wise , like unlocking mechanism of car .

  • @XGCSith yup i agree with you , their should option for lower end cars ( level 299 ) to upgrade it to level 399 by paying extra game currency . Because if you can make derelict cars to level 399 then why not lower end cars by paying extra in game currency 🙂
