Question

Hello, I have a problem for weeks in the game Need for Speed Payback, I have it in physical format, I had a PS4 and I bought a PS4 Pro transferring all my SaveGames to the new console, they all loaded fine except Need for Speed Payback, since support told me to star a new game so I did it thinking that the problem was de SaveGame, but the problem persist, they let me start a new game but on the home screen the installation is at 99 porcent, and after passing the first missions, I get an error about not being able to continue as I show in the attached images, could anyone solve it? I am afraid of buying the digital format and that the problem persists

@EA_Illium&nbsp;That's not my problem, and I'm afraid of spending on the digital game and that this will continue to happen, but hey, I'll take the risk, I'll get the digital format and try it, I hope it works, thank you very much for the response

@EA_Illium&nbsp;Hello, thanks for responding, yes it's still happening. I tested it by creating a new user and deleting the game with all its updates. I installed it and paused the updates to see if that was the problem, but I noticed that it does the same thing, so I deduce that the problem is with the game and not the updates. What I noticed when I logged in with the new user are two errors and I think the problem is in the disk since it has some scratches

Hi @cfaebdd56fd117f3, Ahh if you have a physical disc it's possible that's where the issue is starting. Do you happen to have access to another copy to test on your console?
