Thanks for the additional information! To confirm we are unable to access or make changes to your account here on the forums.
If you redeemed a code for NFS Undercover, once redeemed you will be shown the available languages during the install process.
If you do not see Japanese then it would not be available. To confirm where did you purchase the code from?

To confirm what is the name of the retailer you purchased from, if you are purchasing from a non-trusted retailer, the codes are most likely not from EA and may lead to issues.

To confirm if you have purchased it from another retailer I would recommend speaking to them for assistance. If you were given a code that does not have the language you need to play in we would be unable to change that at our support.

To confirm we shared the relevant information above, The available languages for your game will be shown during the installation process.
If you are missing a language or only have unexpected languages for the CD Key you redeemed, you will need to speak with your retailer for assistance with the CD Key you purchase.
