It did not help, is there any other solution? i have tried everything, even reinstalling the game with a new save and cloud disabled.

I found a fix that worked for me, i initially bought the game on steam and this problem happened when i ran it from steam. I ran it from Origin instead and it worked, i think the wrap servers cannot connect to steam for some reason which is a bummer because many people have bought this from steam due to the sale.
