I think it is very easy.
But i want tell you another bug.
After i restart any events in my ps4 and then start it again,radio sound completely turn off and i cant hear police radio voices.someting like this problem sometimes happen when i am in the back of a racer and my character as police cant varify situation until i turn on my lights.

You will be unable to send files directly to me. Uploading a video on youtube would therefore be the easiest option.

The second bug you mention sounds like a problem with your audio setup. Make sure that you use the correct settings for your setup. More information is available in this Playstation article:

I must say that the bug only sometimes happens and not always.if my ps4 audio has problem,this bug should always happen.

I was thinking about having the wrong audio input / output selected. For example, if you a surround sound setup but you don't properly enable this then at certain points in the game the sound will be lost. That does sound like the issue that you're describing to me.

As for the disappearing issue - don't worry about the video anymore as I've forwarded this to be looked at. If we do need more information then we will reach out to you again.

Since three days ago i received 2 network error in the middle of the game in my ps4 with this theme"you must sign in to nfs network and EA servers to play this game".
I want to know how i can resolve this problem?

Hi,

This seems to be related to your connection. Here are some steps that can help you:

• Shut down your console and router. Now remove them from the power for about two minutes and then restart both devices.
• Make sure that you use a wired ethernet connection from your router to your console.
