This was the first solution I saw a month ago, yet it did not fix my issue. As I mentioned in the post if you actually read it.

If you tried all the steps in our troubleshooting thread, depending on the speed of your hard drive, you potentially won't be able to resolve this issue.
If you think that for that reason the game is unplayable on your system then you could contact an EA Advisor to see if this makes you eligible for a refund.
I have a Seagate Hybrid SSHD 7.2k prm 1Tb (Which need for speed is installed on) and another 1Tb hard drive. I already tried to contact an adviser for a refund and unfortunately they said they they are not able to do so. I've basically purchased a broken unfinished product and got told to **** off in essence. Great EA. Pu chased a Premium Tripple A title that's almost the most broken game I've ever owned. Which I paid the full price on pre-order. Waited 5 months or so to play the game, mega excited. Then I get screwed over by EA. I've actually never purchased a product and got told to fix it yourself to be able to play it. It's just like purchasing a product from a store, get told to fix it so you can use it. Games are suppose to at least work on release. Another classic issue with Ghost is need for speed rivals, they never bothered to fix that disaster either. Easy profit ftw, Right EA? PS. They're both great games, that's not the issue. The issue is play ability, It's extremely clear that so many people have these issues with both games, but at least most people could play Rivals and it was an enjoyable racing experience overall. But the last installment. What happened? Did they just not bother at all and go in for the profits, and released something not finished and EA expect people to be happy with something that doesn't work for many people? Did they forget to add road textures in different versions of the game or something? I mean seriously... The game was pretty amazing when it worked. The problem is, it rarely worked. Well at least the advisers were kind to me and tired to help with the issue.

What type of programs are you running in the background when playing Need for Speed? A hybrid SSD device like you are running should be fast enough to avoid streaming issues in-game, so I am suspecting another heavy program running in the background.
Could you please also upload a dxdiag (the .txt file itself) to this thread? I haven't found a full dxdiag of you yet. This allows me to have a further look at your system.
Clearly I can play this game very easily.
It's got nothing to do with my system. I've even got one of the best internet connections in the UK. Internet is also not an issue. Ports are optimized, I got told to reset my host file, which I did. Still didn't do anything, Can EA Not actually fix their own issues? I only have the hardware drivers I use in my processes and windows standard processes, drivers are all up to date. I also tried downgrading my graphics drivers to see if it was a problem with that and it's also not. Many people have the same issue with really good spec systems, cross sli three 980 TI's and 32 gig ram with an I7, game installed on a SSD and guess what. Still falling through grounds. With a combination of 6+ gigs of v ram. Well played ghost, how did they manage to mess up this bad? I loved the game for gods sake. They just screwed it up. My mate managed to get a refund on the game yesterday and told me I should also since we can't even play the game at all. Although his game could run for 15 mins at a time before falling through broken textures. Which is way better than I could since his PC has way higher specs than mine...

Please upload the entire dxdiag.txt file to this reply so that I can have a detailed look at your system. You create the file by pressing the Save All Information button as seen on the screenshots you've posted above.
Afterwards add the file to your reply using the Choose File button:
 There you go.

I cannot detect any anomalies on your dxdiag. Since you also stated that you haven't got anything else running in the background I am afraid that there really isn't anything more I can do for you via the forum.
Please contact an EA Advisor to see if you are eligible for a refund, or to see which other options are available for you.
And what happens next? I'll be stuck with a £60 Premium unplayable game right?

Our EA Advisors will walk through any further options with you.
@Straatford87 Wait, so there is not going to ever be a solution to all of us having the falling through the world issue? It is clearly not a HDD speed issue or any of the other items listed in the "troubleshooting" portion of the main thread on this problem. This is the first comment I've seen that indicates that nobody is working on a fix for this problem.

My previous comment details that I personally don't have further troubleshooting steps available to go over via the forum.
It does not state that we aren't checking why users are still falling through the world after they've gone through the troubleshooting steps that I provided.
They told me to wait for a patch to come out twice and I waited for two patches. It still didn't fix this issue unfortunately. There's no point looking for further support if they're going to tell me to wait for another patch. That's my £60 or so pretty much taken from me by EA.
