Hello everyone, I just got off the phone with EA. I explained again the issue we are all having right now, that it has been ongoing for a little over two weeks, and that despite attempts to fix it on the client (players) side and changing platforms and regions, the problem is theirs. I insisted that it is a problem with their servers. I also pointed out that more and more players are posting the same issue on their forums and elsewhere, and the agent confirmed the number of posts regarding this issue and indicated that she would escalate my issue to the appropriate department. I should receive an email from tech shortly letting me know that the issue has been resolved. Hopefully that will be the case, and if it is resolved, I will let you know the good news. If not, I will get back to them.
I think that the fact that there are more and more players who report, this can work in our favor. So let's continue if necessary friends
