Black vinyls are incorrectly rendered

Summarize your bug The wrap design of the car on the right side of the car disappears, moment to moment, in story mode.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug occurs when the vehicle is being chosen in the garage or changing cars during meet ups.
What happens when the bug occurs? Only the silhouette of the wrap appears but not the actual wrap.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the proper wrap being displayed.

Summarize your bug Vinyls on the car seem to turn black when I'm not in the garage. Usually it happens with most (if not all) the vinyls on the passenger side (the right) and sometimes I see it happen to the vinyls on the front bumper on the car. I see the bug on all my cars. Sometimes I can reset the bug by selecting the car I want to drive in the garage, usually the black vinyls are already appearing on the car select screen, and then when I go to the "Style" menu the vinyls reset and they look normal. Sometimes when I go outside again however, the affected vinyls turn black again
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All I had to do was put vinyls on the passenger side of the car and then go outside. In one instance all I had to do was leave multiplayer mode and look at the car from the main menu
What happens when the bug occurs? vinyls turn black when I leave the garage
What do you expect to see? vinyls that are black

Has anyone else experienced this problem while playing the game? I haven't found any solutions online. Here's one example of what I'm talking about, The bug follows me outside the garage and it happens to all the cars. Left side is what I see, the right side is what it's supposed to look like

This has happened to me a few times, usually just restarting and then opening the wrap editor fixes it for me.

The game tries to bake the decals onto the car's texture and just fails for some reason. It's only saving the metalness/specular map, but not the diffuse or color map. Editing the wrap will force it to regenerate.

The vinyls do not load well, you have to enter styles for them to load well and the problem happens to the open world the same, any solution?

It has happened before to me as well and it's still happening throughout Vol.4 updates, it seems now it's random on how much they spread, some not as much, others obscenely so.

This bug still apoears, even in vol.5.
