Can't play NFS online using Wi-Fi connection

Question

I have a problem with going online in any NFS game, including Unbound, through Wi-Fi connection for 8 or 9 months. Online features are working only if I launch the game with internet-cable plugged straight into laptop. But it's really inconvenient and I want to play the game using Wi-Fi. I tried all of the steps from website on the screenshot to fix the problem, but it didn't work. So I'm asking for help here.

Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from

EA App - Repair (My Collection &gt; Tile Dots &gt; Repair)
EGS - Repair (Library &gt; Tile dots &gt; Manage &gt; Verify)
Steam - Verify in your library

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu &gt; Help &gt; App Recovery)&nbsp;
Connection&nbsp;and&nbsp;Advance Connection&nbsp;Guides&nbsp;
Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
Close other running applications on your device
Run the&nbsp;System File Checker tool then Check for&nbsp;Windows&nbsp;and&nbsp;GPU&nbsp;updates&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi, @EA_Illium&nbsp;! I went through all of these steps in EA App, Windows system and other programs, but NFS still does not work, when I launch it with Wi-Fi connection. My Wi-Fi connection speed is about 100 Mbps. I have no VPN, Proxy,&nbsp;Anti-spyware programs or other programs that could&nbsp;cause problems. I added&nbsp;EA app and games as exceptions. I don't know how Firewall works, but there are inbound rules for NFS that say profile is public and rules are enabled, no outbound rules.
